Medicare Part D Consultations
Every year, open enrollment for Medicare Part D Drug plans starts on October 15th. You have until December 7th to determine which is the best plan for you and make the needed changes. Just because a plan has worked for you in the past does not mean it is the right plan for you going forward. If you're new to Medicare you have 6 months to enroll in a plan if you're outside of the open enrollment period.
Naloxone
Naloxone is an overdose prevention drug for opioids like heroin and methadone. Naloxone is available at Gooding Pharmacy with a prescription administered from a pharmacist.
Smoking Cessation
Gooding Pharmacy's pharmacist can now prescribe all smoking cessation drugs. We offer support throughout the entire process to help you succeed.
Special Packaging Drug
With request, we can fill unit dose cards to assure the correct use of the medication & time. This program helps those who take many prescriptions multiple times daily but also assists caregivers, simplifying you and your patient's daily regiment.
Oxygen & CPAP
We carry a full line of oxygen and CPAP and supplies. All respiratory home care equipment comes with complete education from our licensed respiratory therapist and 24/7 on-call services.
Pharmacogentic Testing
Rxight is simple, affordable and the most comprehensive DNA drug sensitivity program available. Rxight covers over 200 prescription and OTC medications, and as such allows prescribers to incorporate an individual’s genetic profile to make better and more informed medication therapy decisions.
Compounding
Compounded medication is also formulated in a dosage that is right for you and your needs, rather than trying to be a one-type-fits-all medication. Because you are unique, your medicine should be, too.
Diabetes Care
We carry a wide selection of diabetic testing supplies and informational materials. We also carry a line of footwear specifically designed for the diabetic foot that may be partially covered by Medicare and/or a secondary insurance.
